A question has a right place

# The right place
for your question.

This page helps separate a question about reading Summer from a question about Promise Peptides care. Summer cannot give medical advice, review symptoms or handle a prescription.

[How Promise Peptides works↗](https://mypromise.com/?utm_source=summer&utm_medium=affiliate&utm_campaign=contact&utm_content=opening)

Summer may earn money when readers become Promise patients.

Promise Peptides prescribes now through licensed U.S. providers. A provider reviews each request and decides; not everyone qualifies. U.S. patients only. Availability varies by state and treatment. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

## For a Promise Peptides question.

Questions about a consultation, an existing request or a medicine prescribed through Promise belong with Promise’s own support. Open its website and use the support options shown there. Summer cannot view a Promise account or pass a message into someone’s care.

The Promise link on this page goes to the main website. That is the place to find current support information and the service’s own explanation of how to get in touch. Keep the question with the people who can see the details of the request.

## For a personal health question.

A guide cannot decide whether a symptom is caused by a medicine, whether a product is suitable or whether a prescription needs to change. Those decisions require someone who can assess the person and their health history.

Summer does not receive medical records or offer a message form for health questions. A reading page cannot assess a personal health question. Following a link does not transfer your question to a provider.

## For a question about the reading.

The [glossary](/glossary/) explains common terms. The [common questions](/faq/) cover prescriptions, compounding and Summer’s relationship with Promise. The [reading shelf](/references/) points to source material, and [how we write and check](/method/) explains how we handle a claim.

Each compound guide also has a short set of questions to take into a consultation. They are conversation starters, rather than a checklist that decides who qualifies. A provider can ask different questions after reviewing the health history.

## Before following a care link.

Promise Peptides prescribes now through licensed U.S. providers. Each request is reviewed, and not everyone qualifies. U.S. patients only; availability varies by state and treatment. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

Summer may earn money when readers become Promise patients. Summer is an independent guide, so questions about Promise’s service belong with Promise. Reading an explanation here never creates a care relationship with Summer.

## When a question needs a provider.

A consultation is a place for a licensed review of your health. It can end without a prescription. There is room for that answer too.

Summer may earn money when readers become Promise patients.

Summer Peptides is an independent guide and is not Promise Peptides.

Summer is a place to read and ask better questions; it offers no clinic, pharmacy or shop, and these pages cannot give personal medical advice.

Promise Peptides prescribes now through licensed U.S. providers. A provider reviews each request and decides; not everyone qualifies. U.S. patients only. Availability varies by state and treatment. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

If a provider prescribes, a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy separately decides whether it can lawfully prepare the prescription. Compounded medicines are not FDA-approved.

Promise is LegitScript-certified; that certification is not FDA approval.
